Brand new year.. and I feel like 2023 is going to be a good one!
This month has been both a busy one and slow start. Lots happening behind the scenes, but I did manage to squeeze in a weekend trip to Edinburgh where I snuck in some yummy food, drink, and of course gorgeous interiors.

FHIOR
A Scandi style restaurant with minimalist interiors and an ultra-creative modern menu based on fresh foraged produce. We had the seven-course taster menu, and it was truly delicious. The décor features natural wood, simplistic art and earthy palettes, a sophisticated and relaxed interior that does not steal focus from the food.

GLENEAGLES TOWNHOUSE
I was really intrigued and excited to get a look at Gleneagles Townhouse after seeing the opulent interiors online. A quick visit for a cocktail, the grand building which was previously the Bank of Scotland was transformed by an in-house team from Ennismore Design Studio. Fresh pastel and muted colour palettes breathe contemporary life into the traditional surroundings which include fireplaces, panelling, and marble columns.
